 RAS AMOR LISTENING PARTY 

On Sunday 2/03/2025 ,history was made by the great  Ras amor  who recently released an EP titled "Amor." and best believe the listening party curates by the amazing Tee wachira { reach out to her for all your  event organizing} as a lover and huge supporter of play KE day and night , I will say that Ras amor definitely delivered .  The EP by Ras Amor, titled "Amor," showcases a blend of captivating melodies and rhythms that reflect the essence of African music. It features themes of love, connection, and cultural storytelling, highlighting Ras Amor's unique artistry and his ability to resonate with listeners on a deep emotional level. The event took place at the  ever so amazing lava latte  which  gave an intimate and calm aesthetic perfect theme for the ep .

 


At the Amor EP listening party, Ras Amor gave us an exclusive behind-the-scenes breakdown of each track, sharing the stories and emotions that fueled his creative process. The EP packs five solid tracks, each carrying its own unique vibe and message. Here’s a quick rundown of what to expect:

Milele – A soulful ode to timeless love, this one’s all about that forever kind of vibe. Smooth melodies, deep lyrics—pure magic.

Wanabonga Tu (feat. Baraza & Mathai Njama) – A rhythmic, thought-provoking track tackling society’s endless chatter and the way people always have something to say. { not to be biased , but this is my personal favorite...... listen to it and you'll see why }

Nothing On You (feat. Brandy Maina) – This one radiates pure affection. A   Brandy Maina soulful touch  feels like a heartfelt confession to that special someone .Just the smooth touch we needed  in the ep 

Jahera – Rooted in culture and personal journeys, this track is all about embracing one’s identity and experiences, with an infectious groove to match.{Trust me when I say that we need to experience this track play once again  backed up with a live band .... lovely scenes . my second favourite for sure

I Can See The Sun (feat. Gufy & Spellcast Media Choir) – A powerful anthem of hope and new beginnings, this song uplifts and inspires with every note .Gufy's perfect poetry skills added to the lyriscm and soulfoul rythm to Ras's melodic tunes . Just the perfect blend of art .
